Garden Club!

Another brain child of first grade teacher Anne Cyr, Skillin Elementary school runs two garden clubs a year. There is a fall session and a spring session of the garden club. The students learn about tending to a garden, planting, weeding, pruning, and what different plants need to thrive. The students help to care for the garden that they get to enjoy on a daily basis. The club is open to students in 3rd through 5th grade. Look forward to seeing a sign up come out in the red totes for both sessions. Below are some pictures of students working in the gardens.
